Hipath 4000 Pilot Number

Dear Team,

there are hipath 4000 working on 2 PRI Number, the pilot number is configure with Voicemail System (2500 / 2700),

if anyone dial 2700 internally its goes to voicemail first and then Bordline (AC Win MQ IP) after working Hours Extn Number 2128

Now customer requirement is if anyone dial 2700 from the hole plant it should go to Security only (2128) without Voicemail.

what shold i do for this

First check the SA

dis-sa
cd=2700;

either chage the destination or delete and re program as below

you configure as below

ADD-SA:VCE,2700,,,,2128,CYC,5,SECURITY,;
