Good afternoon person
I am attending a customer who has the key trunk +55 11 2172-2300 but when someone calls, for example, extension 2361 that is forwarding to a cell phone, when the user answers the call instead of appearing on the display +55 11 2172- 2300 is showing the key trunk +55 11 4349-8000, I could not identify what it could be, could someone help me in this matter.

I'm waiting.

Thank you.

It depends what the 4K is sending as the calling party, and what the provider is expecting to see.

You don't mention which protocol you are using.

Most providers, if you send a calling line ID outside the expected range, will discard that number and send the main trunk number/bearer number instead (like 43498000?)

So PSTN A calls 4K extn B, which is forwarded to PSTN C.

PSTN C receives new call, calling line ID A, called ID C, diverted by B.

The number A will not be in the "allowed range" for the trunk, and if the provider does not support the divert message, C will see the trunk bearer number as the calling line ID because PSTN will replace the calling line ID A with something that makes sense for that trunk.

If you put COT parameter DSDL (don't send diverting leg) in the COT for PSTN, then the new call will carry calling line ID B, called C, and no divert message. Calling line ID A will not be used.
