Hi

I configured isdn connectivity from Hipath 4k with Cisco and Huawei

cisco is working fine

Huawei is rejecting the calls getting busy tone when dialing to Huawei users extensions.
from Huawei to Hipath 4k is ok

i put the trace and found the trunk between Hipath 4k and Huawei is seizing and disconnect with busy tone

i try to change the protocol and still the same.

can any one suggest me some thing to resolve this issue

Which protocol ? It is supported on both sides ?
Who sends the disconnect message (4k or huawei) ?
Which reason on disonnect message ?
Any facility/info elem. message before disconnect.
If you set up an unconditional forward on a 4k number to a number in huawei and call from extern to 4k number, forward is executed ?
Did you try to set in lodr block dialling on 4k (-z) ? On forward, dest. number is always sent in block.
Did you try to call in national & E164 international format too ? (check lodr)
In Hista any F5417 (L3 mandatory info elem missing)?

Dear Adibv

thanks for your response

tried with protocols ecmav2,pssv1 ecma1
all codecs

disconnect message with busy

Tried with both closed and open numbering.

Today again i will go to customer to change the PRODE

existing is prode 10.

Are you able to post a tracs trace of good and bad call ?

Hi Moriendi

thanks for your response

i check real time diagnostic of system by dialing the digits of Huawei extension

it shows the seizing of trunks pen and then i got busy error.

But CISCO is working fine.

Huawei incoming calls are good but outgoing calls are disconnected with busy tone.

You need a tracs trace to compare the incoming call which works with the outgoing call which doesn't.

I suppose you mean you hear busy tone or something like it, I doubt you get a disconnect busy message.

So posting a trace would be the most useful thing.
