Sir,

can anyone help me regarding my problem above - I was not able to access the serial command line using the above. I have upload the screen shot picture.
the serial is connected to HICOM 372 DLU port. would you be able to give some tips how to enable again the serial port?

Hi,
I am not sure but try
ACT-LSSM:A1,8;
ACT-LSSM:A1,9;
ACT-LSSM:A1,10;
ACT-LSSM:A1,11;

You might need to use 9600 as speed depending on your setup

Can you use LAN connectivity ?
Setup a laptop/desktop as 192.0.2.100/24 connect a LAN cable to either backplane or to LAN card on front

Hello, sir,
Thank you for your reply.

PBX system has no LAN PORT/ the only connection to the PBX is through the serial port which connected to LBU of the interface card to the PC that has Hipath 4000 software. There is blue coloured small toggle switch on the interface card LBU, can this be switch to disable/enable the interface card port?

regards,
Jletracion

The toggle switch is to change from asynchronous to synchronous mode
Did you try the ACT-LSSM lines ?
Try connecting at 4800 7 E 1
if nothing then use 9600

Use the Comwin/Expert access tool to connect via the COM connection

hello sir,

I have tried those commands but at the bottom of the line which shows time it's saying ''18:51:54 The reflected command is incomplete. please check stop bits''

I have change the RMX/COM tab from 9600 to 4800 E 7 1 in the serial line configuration.

I am using Comwin/Expert access tool to connect via the COM connection.

THe problem is I cannot log in/when I tried to click ''logon'' at the bottom line it's just saying ''Logon requested'' and nothing happens.

do you think the PBX need to be power down manually to reset the serial connection?

THank you sir

regards,
Jletracion.

You need to connect cable from PC COM port to bottom 25 pin COM port on ADS main bord. COM port parameters is 4800 7 E 1 or 4800 7 E 2.
Position of ADS main bord is 59 (left from LBU, if it UNS shelf).
If you will have connection to do

REG-BCSM:A1,HW;
REG-BCSM:A1,SW;
REG-ATCSM:A1;
REG-LCSM:A1;
