Hipath 4000 CQR Recording??

I have activated CQR recording in a Hipath 4000 V2.0. I have checked it for 5 days running. The first day it recorded the IP stats for a total of 12 calls, which is ridiculous, there were quite a bit more than 12 calls for the entire day. Now for the last 4 days it records nothing. I have used the same setup on other systems and it records hundreds, if not thousands of calls daily. Is there a known problem with using CQR in the 4K? I realize V2.0 is a bit behind in software levels but the tool is there nonetheless.

There were fixes in the board loadware for CQR. Have you checked the software on the board itself ?
