Hi Iamnothere,

Is it possible for you to make the slide show avaiable as you have done in the past?

Thanks
hunter

Or if anyone could help that would be great!

Dumb question, but di you go back and find that post and the link is no longer working? I know I have that document printed, but not sure if I kept the PDF. Probably did - I rarely throw anything away. If the old link doesn't work and I can find the file I might be able to put it up someplace.

Yeah i checked both of the post that i saw and the ftp sites were down. If you find it that would be great. I have a ftp site I could give you or any other way thats easiest for you. Thanks

Which slideshow are you looking for? I have two:

(1) explains all about how HiPath 4000 CDR works and how to configure it.

(2) uses a flowchart to explain how to setup CDR and Collecting Agent to support Performance Management on Assistant or the HiPath 4000 Manager.

Both would be great if you could give them to me.

my vendor stopped it a while back and not sure what all he stopped. I know he stopped sels. But when I activate-sels it starts but my CDR is not seeing it. I also want to lean more on this so I dont have to rely on them. Thanks

I had to make a change on my CDR. Now I am receiving the data. I would still love to have the info if possible.

The one I printed is an inch thick 2-sided and is the CDR and Collection Agent Technical Knowledge form Oct of 2004, and I do have that document CDR_COL_unit.pdf

Chances are high that your vendor does not know much about CDR either. If you study the basic CDR slideshow, you'll know enough to handle CDR yourself. If I did actually "share" the two slideshows on this site, I don't recall it. If you will set up a FTP connection I will be glad to FTP both slideshows to you.
Merry Christmas!

"I am not here!!!"

You didn't share them on this site - you uploaded it to one of those file sharing sites and we got it from there. I remember because I had to remote desktop into my home PC to bypass the company web restrictions to download the file and then I copied it over to my office PC....

If I had to I could do the reverse and put it on FileJungle...
