Please someone help me?

I am a beginner in hipath4000.

I have a simplex Hipath 4000 V3.0 with ip 192.0.2.3 on port atlantic and I connect via CONWIN normally. The IP 172.18.3.2,customer lan, that is the PBX IP Address of my IP extensions.

I have a server that makes hotel checkin, checkout, wakeups, etc. that connects the ip 172.18.3.1 (I believe that is the CCA), through dipas-batch with user engr. After a crash of all extensions IPs, I gave a reset (power off) the pabx who returned to work but this IP address 172.18.3.1, is no longer accessible and therefore my server with the application of hospitality can not communicate with the pabx. Does not work ping, telnet, http, nothing.

Please, help me.

thanks
