How can you perform call traces to do basic troubleshooting through amo?

If you had the instructions to trace via AMO, you still wouldn't have the software tools to decode the output. If it's a Hipath 4000 you should use realtime diagnosis RDS via the Assistant.

Sorry guys, just not finding it. I see Logging management | queries, probably not the same... any other clues?

Are you logged in with the Engr login? I believe you have to be to see it.

Look in Application Control under Base Administration and make sure it's enabled. It sounds like it isn't.
