Hipath 4000 Assistant V5 Configuration (Help Needed)

I'm still a newbie but would like to learn more on configuring our phone systems using the HiPath Assistant.

1. We just upgaded from version 4 to version 5 and we dont have the caller ID working ie. 5 numbers in a pickup group and we cant see who is calling.

2. We have a Mitel (VOIP)system aswell that is integrated, how do you remove the (free)extension from Siemens PABX so I can assign it to the Mitel system

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
