HiPath 4000 Assistant V4 - Error logs and messages

Hello there,

After searching for my username and password I can finally access the HTTPS HiPath 4000 Assistant V4 (and SSH too).
I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this system, but unfortunately there's no one else to support this.

I've noticed our hiPath pabx has been restarting at least once a week, and I would like to find logs and messages to at least identify the problem. Can you help me?
If there's online documentation regarding this, please refer it to me because I haven't found anything yet (maybe I'm asking Google the wrong questions).

Unify has an excellent online instructor-led class in using the Assistant. I have taken it, and even after using Assistant for 5 years I got a lot out of it.

Go to

http://academy.unify.com

and look up the North American Service Tech track for the 4000. The class is listed in there.
