Hi all,Pls help me to access Hiptah Assistant web.
We are using Hipath 4000 v.3. I recently tried to access hipath assistant web accessed to the public page but can't access to the hipath 4000 assistant. In the Client Preparation section I did all preparation processes according to the documentation. On the Log on page entered correct user name and password and in the address bar of page appears but after several minutes displayed “cannot display the web page”. Several months ago I had MO problem and changed MO driver. Is it possible or not I have made mistakes during changing our MO driver. To fix this problem what I should do?

The problem could be a simple connectivity problem, or could be that Unixware is corrupted, or it could be a MO issue that you mentioned.

The URL that you are using indicates that you are using the Atlantic LAN on the 4K to access Assistant (192.0.2.5). Therefore your client PC should have an address on this 192.0.2.x network, such as 192.0.2.100. From this client PC, can you ping 192.0.2.5?
Can you ping 192.0.2.3 (the Administrative processor)?

If you are maintenance trained or have some troubleshooting capabilities on the 4K, you can connect to the Unixware console port and see if Unixware seems normal. If so, try to reboot Unixware using "init 6".

For further assistance, you will need to re-post with more specific info regarding your system. I cannot advise you which board(s) to restart until I know which hardware your system is using.
