Hipath 4000 - add analogue extension - set as hotline

Many years ago I attended an o&m course for our bespoke hipath 4000 which has no nirmal dialtones, all extensions are configured as hotlines. I have with adding 2 new extensions and configuring them as hormones.Can someone point Mr the right direction?
The last time I hastily do something similar I found an online version of the Hicom 300 v3.1 manual that provided the relevant amp commands (regret not making a copy of the manual at the time).
