I wondered if anyone could advise me regarding restricting access when using hipath manager. I need to add some first line support guys to be able to make simple changes and want to restrict what they have access to. I know how to set different levels of users but I really what to lock the system down. Any help/advice would be welcome.

I have a login for my tertiary techs that restricts what they can do. I just didn't give them the information on the engineering login so they can't use it. I suppose you could change that password so they can't find it anywhere online, but I didn't go that far. Also note that the old "rsca" and "rsta" accounts are usually active on the system with a default password, so if they are smart they might get in that way too... Those will make you change the password as soon as you login to them - I did it by accident once! :p
