If there's anything in particular you have questions about, please ask away. I recommend ATOS/Unify's training courses, as they provide quite a bit of information and some of the more basic courses are available online.

Hi Lopath,

I have just joined a new company. I am Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Business certified and have worked on those small to medium products for years but my new company has some existing 4k and 8k systems in the NHS sector they are looking to take over so I wanted to just get a look at how much all the systems crossover, if at all, as they want ne to audit them and potentially support them.

Ideally I want to get on the courses to gain the knowledge but in the meantime if I can do some research it may give me a head start.

Good deal! The 4K was a fun system to work on. We've now moved on to OpenScape Voice. It works a lot better, but is much more involved. Best of luck to you!
