hipath 3800 up-grade v.6.0 to v9.0 old gigaset dect telephones dosnt work why?

HiPath 3800 v.9.0 after up grade the DECT phones working as a gap, SL400, SL3, SL1, A180, A260, C140, A140, etc. ..
Working as HiPath 3800 v.6, we have v 9 a loaded, the main board changed, changed to 128 mb mmc in the system do not have any problems.
But the old DECT phones connected to the contacts and name information BS4.
HiPath 3800 changes were made in both software and hardware.
