Hello

On a HiPath 3800 with ISDN30 conencted I can get it to show the Calling number, when forwarding a device to for instance a mobile phone.

But if a device has fowarded to mobile, and this device is in a hunt group, then the number showed on the mobile is the groups DDI number.

Why is this??

Example.

Phone A calls Phone B on ddi number, Phone B is forwarded to Phone C

Phone C sees the number of Phone A as incomming call.

Phone A calls Hunt group DDI, and Phone B, which is a member of the Linear Group is forwarded to Phone C.

Phone C sees the incomming call as the Groups DDI calling.

Why is there a difference?

If phone C is an internal number, then it's possible.

goto;

System Parameters > Display > tick "Name and Caling ID"

If Phone C is an External number, then check you provider if they support it, if you're Dutch then it's not possible i'm affraid.

Hello

Phone C is a mobile phone, so yes it is external.

The Provider should support Partial Rerouting

kind regards

For external Check the Routing Parameters > tick "Change Route / Always"

Hello

According to help, the tick, Change Route, is only used in networked systems?

Right now the flag "if route is known " is checked.

But the change route is not checked.

Also the funny thing is that it works, unless you call the direct number of a group.

If you call the Direct number of a station, then it works fine, and the calling number is showed correct.

kind regards
