HiPath 3800 not booting after power outage

Hi,
We have HiPath 3800 system, which not currently in a boot loop after power outage.
All cards showing red alarm. Below is the output from Serial console. Which keeps repeating. Any idea what happened?

Hi Suzuki Yota,

Can you try move MMC and plus in new orther mainboard HP3800? IT done? ( If done, MMC is ok )
It not ok. this mean is firmware on MMC error. You shouble setup firmware for MMC
You must be remove all card on this box ( only keep mainboard ) . Power on and check it.
