HiPath 3800 Manager

Hello All,

I hope i'm posting this in the right area...

I have a Siemens HiPath 3800 phone system at on my off-site locations. I can not get into it because the former admin left.
I know you connect using a manager client but i can not find the software anywhere.

If anyone has a download link i would appreciate it!


All i'm looking to do is put a forward on one of the numbers coming into the pbx.

Having been a former Avaya admin, I can say Siemens is much more complex. Not sure about the 3800, but on the 4000, everything starts at the web interface. From there you download all of the plug-ins you need for administration. There's a GUI interface for simpler things and a command line interface for the more complex stuff. If you've never delved into it before, I'd suggest getting some outside support. You'll need it going forward anyway.
