HiPath 3800 - Manager E Online feature

Greetings,

All attempts to use Online feature on Manager E have failed ... there is a "send" error message and will not connect. Is there any setting that needs to be adjusted to establish the connection? The modem rate was lowered to 9600 with no improvements.
