Hipath 3750 music on hold

Hey Guys, I have a hipath 37xx with external music on hold port.
when the customer presses park, it parks the call and plays music, Great. But if they press hold, it will play a message you have being put on hold and repeats it about 4 times, then it plays the external music. anyone know how to get rid of this as I cant see where it is getting this to stop it

In your KDS under system Parameters system setting do you have it flagged for MOH with Ringing tone

In the Auxiliary equipment screen, what do you have set up for announcement devices? There is one called Internal Music that I have never listened to so I don't know if it has dialog in it or not. There is another option in there for each trunk called Announcement before answer that basically answers the phone, plays some message, and then sends the call on to where it was going. Two other places you might investigate....
