Hipath 3550V7 + IVMP4

hello!

The client has 3550V7 HiPath PBX. It is thought to install IVMP4 card. We Remove EVM card from the motherboard. By installing the IVMP4 card, it is not possible to create IVM users. IVMP4 - 3. version.

HiPath cold restarts does not help. We've installed the IVMP8 card in H3800 system without any problems.

Do not come across someone with a similar problem?

One troubleshooting step I'm thinking of: After you install the board in the system, if you go look at your cardmap that shows which boards the system sees, does it see that card, or does it still think the EVM card is in that slot (or supposed to be)??

If it's not seeing the card that's the first hurdle you need to overcome. Whether that is a software programming issue, a system software version issue or a hardware issue I can't help you with because I don't know enough about that system.
