Is the internal MOH built into the system control board, or is it an optional module??????? Ive been struggling with this for awhile, setting it up via parameters;settings, does nothing! - do you have to have an additional module for internal MOH? - please help me out, Im stuck :(

I have a Hicom 150 which software-wise is similar to some of those little 3000 systems. In the case of that one, when you switch from the corny internal MOH source to an external one, or vice-versa you need to do a quick reset on the switch to get it to start working.

Don't know if that will be the same case for you, but after you set it to internal MOH and save/backup everything try doing a reset during some low-traffic time where you won't get everyone bent out of shape...

Like donb01 says, give it a reboot. But I don't think your customers are happy with the internal MOH. Better use an MP3 player connected to an analog port which is switch to external MOH.
