Hi All,

I have a customer with 2 offices that have Panasonic KXTD systems who have just taken over another business (now their third office) that has a Siemens HiPath 3550 and the auto attendant has 5 options which they want to reduce to 3. My Siemens experience is limited to the older Office systems so I am asking if anyone can give me any information on how to do these changes. Thanks for looking.

you will need the managerE tool and download the system. and in the ivm settings you can access the aa and change the options

I have the Manager E software but no lead (yet) do you know the pin outs for the lead?
Once I have connected to it will I see the IVM settings? Because when I run Manager E without a connection I can1t figure out where the IVM settings would accessed from. Thanks for your help. Also there appears to be a PC tower attached to the system via Cat5 cables but no monitor, KB or mouse, would this have anything to do the IVM? Can the main CCU be accessed using a web browser on the LAN? I noticed that it had the IP address wrote on the front. Sorry about all the questions.

Regards,
Del
