Hi All

I have an issue which i cant get to the bottom of so i hope someone can give me some suggestions....

The system will not stay in Night mode!!

I have a night key on one phone (takes all incoming calls) and this points to a huntgroup
but system drops back to normal day funtionality on its own.

Have tried setting up night key on another extn but still drops back to day mode

All the phones are optipoint 410 std except the main phone
System has not automation in regards night and there is no other keys setup.

HELP !!

Hi,

My first thought would be auto night service kicking in, did you check the special days? Is it possible the system is resetting? When they get a bit of age on them, I have seen quite a few power supplies randomly resetting the system.

Have you seen it switch back?

No auto night set or special days

Not seen it reset at all as it does get used during the day (they turn it on for meetings etc)

Not seen it switch back
