Hipath 1120 + Optipoint 500

We have an HiPath 1120 (V7) with a UPO/e card.
We bought (in second hand) 2 optipoint 500 Advanced but when connected to the UPO/e card they don't work.

No signal tone, no hour|time in display.
All red lights blink at same time every second.

Any help will be much appreciate.

That is correct. only optipoint phone will work on the 1120

oh sry misread it. it's a optipoint phone you work with. If no phone is comming up it sounds like the software is corrupt or something

With the UPO board there should be a small board connected on the m/board (apart from the cable). Also, the UPO board will only work on slot one (the slot next to the m/board). Also, do not try to use the CD legs on the m/board (works with the Profisets), as UPO board replaces these ports.

You have connected the 500 to an analog port, default is has 4 UP0 ports, adding adapters under the optipoint you'll get 1 extra UP0 on each phone.
