Open a close program window and End Task on this:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RNAAPP.EXE

Any change?

thnx

i was at first wary of these keys

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\mmtask.tsk
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WMIEXE.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RNAAPP.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TAPISRV.EXE

but googling brings up the wintasks4 pro site first hit for all 4.

thnx again
