I want to highlite a cell if that cells date is equal to or less than todays date plus a week.
I am trying to use conditional formatting using TODAY()+7, but is not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Cell D3 I put =TODAY()

My Dates were in Cells D6:L6

I put the following Conditional Format into D6 then copied it to the others =IF(D$6>=($D$3+7),1,0)it seemed to work fine for me.

Instead of using "formula is" use "cell value" and set the less than or equal to condition to =today()+7.

Thanks Jonsi. The solution was easier than I thought.
Just not thinking about it the right way. Thanks again.
