When highlighting full pages of text using a trackball in Excel 2000 and Word 2000, it scrolls way too fast and is hard to control. I KNOW there is a way to slow it down, but for the life of me I do not remember what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

In Word, triple-click in the margin area.

In Excel, to select the whole sheet, hit ctrl-a.

Start-Settings-Control Panel-Mouse is where you change your mouse preferences.

Hope this helps.

Balooo,

More of a work around than solution.

But why not try selceting text with the shift and cursor control keys for single pages, and for bigger bits of text, use the shift and Page Down.
