Highlighting specific text in a form and appear on report.

I don't know if this is even possible, but I have a request in to be able to highlight specific text in any field, then to have it print bolded on the report.<br>

I guess a highlight and click a button would work, however I have never seen this anywhere in anything I've read.<br>

Has any one else? If yes, I sure would like to know.<br>
