Highlighting of any field box 1

Hello,

I have just loaded Crystal 11 on my PC and when opening a report and I select a field I don't get a highlighted box around the selected box. This makes things a little more tricky when trying to change the sizes of boxes and moving things around.

I have loaded it on another PC and I get the light blue hihglighting around the box so it is localized on one machine.

How do I get it on this PC? I have tried re-installing ot no avail.
