Highlighting Expert

Trying to call out in my report any section that's primary use is = "Office" to highlight the entire section.

It comes back with an error "The formula must result in a number".

Is there a way to make this convert and / or any other means to get the same result?

What Crystal feature did you use to do this? Please explain the steps you took. Please also show the formula you used for highlighting.
