Highlighting a table frame selection.

I'm trying to figure out a way to have it select an entire row and highlight it when you click on a field from a table frame. Maybe even change the "insert cursor" into an arrow of some sort.

I could probably figure this out if I had the manual, but sadly, I don't. And online resources have been less than helpfull (up to now hopefully
