How can I put color on each row in a PivotTabel containing Total Sum?

could you not apply one of the standard auto formatting options as these will change dynamically if you change the table layout.

if you need to apply it in code just use the macro recorder to see what it gives you.

Hi,

Hover your mouse pointer over the LEFT-Hand edge of the PT cell and you will see the cursor turn into a right-pointing arrow. SELECT with that arrow to select ONLY data within the PT.
