I have seen several posts regarding changing the background color to highlight a box when it is selected. These all use the focus property. All the posts I have seen require you to type in the code for each box you want to highlight. Is there a way to make a macro for highlight and no highlight so you don't have to retype the code each time? It would be nice to just pick a macro in the on and off focus instead of typing a ton of times.

you may be able to make a generic function.
And pick it.
I know you've heard of copy and paste
Copy the code from this forum and paste it into a Notepad document.
Then you can Copy it "Press Ctrl-C" and paste it in your code Window "Press Ctrl-V"

You are correct I have been doing the cut and paste thing, and it works fine. I just thought it would be faster to have a macro to pick from. Does it slow down the form having all those little bits of code all over it as opposed to a macro? I can't notice a difference.
