Trying to use a formula to highlight certain records.
I would like it to be black box with white text.
I know the formula for highlighting just now sure how
to specify font and background in the formula.

Thanks
PEter

Already had that part thanks..Just trying to find out the syntax for specifying background and font colour.

Thanks
Peter

You want something like:

"If yourformula then crWhite" in the font's X-2 box

and

"If yourformula then crBlack" in the background's X-2 box (and a tick in the background check box)

For both of these, set the dropdown colour choice to the default value you want, e.g. black for font, white for background.

Anything font wise tends to have an alias of cr????? where ????? is the value you want. e.g. crBlack, crWhite, crBold.

Thats great.. Worked like a charm. Though I didn't use the
cr.. Didn't seem to like that.
I also had to make sure the check boxes weren't on otherwise it just made everything black and white.

THanks again.
Peter
