In a PPT presentation I watched recently (on-line) a circle appeared on the screen and moved - apparently at random - before settling around some text the speaker wished to highlight. One had the impression that the speaker had pushed the remote button to call the circle on to the screen, then moved it at will until it was over the area for emphasis. To say that it was an eyecatcher for emphasis would be an understatement.
It may be that it was just smoke an mirrors - a cleverly built animation - but it may be what it appeared to be.
Could it be what it appeared to be, and if so can someone tell me how it can be done?
Thanks
