Highlight certain records 1

CRV10. I have an employee listing report with no grouping and is sorted alpha by lastname. I need the entire record (row) to be highlighted for only those records that are in certain departments {EMP_DEPT}. For example:


No Highlight: James Brown, Dept 798, West Side
Highlight: James Brown, Dept 901, West Side
Highlight: Lucy Ball, Dept 101, East Side
No Highlight: William Green, Dept 222, North Side
Highlight: Lucy Ball, Dept 201, South Side

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Go to the section expert->details->color tab->x+2 and enter:

if {table.emp_dept} in [901,101,201] then crYellow else crNoColor

By the way, your example is not sorted alpha by lastname.
