Higher screen resolutions under Citrix?

Bit of a general question here:

Can anybody give me an idea of their experiences with using Citrix and applications that present higher-definition images than what we normally accept for MSapps?

What sort of performance do you get for higher definitions?

How do you provision WAN bandwidth for higher definitions?
