High volume of repairs for IP set 2002

Has your organization had a lot of repairs on the Nortel IP 2002 type set? We have had a lot of handsfree issues, delayed dialtone, hookswitch problems, etc. (We have found the other Nortel IP sets almost problem free.) Any comments would be appreciated.

Are these the 1st generation or 2nd gen I2002, i used to get silly intermittant problems with the 1st gen.

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

HI, just happened to have 2 with handsfree problems today. No issues with the i2004...

Actually we have the same problem with the i2002 phase 2 phones. We have a lot of them that have handsfree and switch hook problems. I thought we were just an isolated case. But I guess not. We've replaced them with the phase 2 phones.

We have all second gen and have had a few of those issues as well. My co-worker is keeping tabs on it to keep our vendor in the loop.
