high score page

Does anyone know how to make a high score page or at least know a page that explains it? I know asp pretty well.

I made a game in Flash. I would like to have a High Scores page with the top 15 high scores. I am guessing I would need a database backend and an ASP page or two to retrieve the data. Thanks for the help.
