High Resolution Collage

Hi,
My wife wants a 1.60m x 90cm panel with a dense collage of 10x10cm photos (This gives 8 x 15 = 120 photos)

The print shop requires 300dpi and .cdr format.

I have Corel Graphics Studio and Corel Photo Album.

My questions:
- Is there a way to produce a template for the collage?
- Is there a simple (automatic?) way to spread the photos on the template?
- do you recommend another software for the task?

I am looking for something like Picasa 2 collage with dimension control...
