High Res Install Cant read screen

Hi All,

I have just got a new laptop and installed Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I thought all was fine until I opened up a document and all the tab text is too small. I have tried adjusting the screen res and it is doing no good, has any body heard of this happening? I need to get this fixed as I have some websites to do before next week, but cant read the screen.

It looks like it is font size 6 or 8 and type courier.
