High pitch sound in messages, please help !

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the Starplus AVP system that I manage. Employees have reported to me that they getting strange noises in their voice mail messages. Some of the messages have a high pitch sound, some of them you can hear people talking in the background, some you can hear our auto attendant menu running in the background and some all of the above. The AVP has two voice boards in them. I do have back up boards that I keep on hand. Could it be the boards ? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try swapping one board at a time, start with the first on. Let it run for a day or two and see if it clears. If not repeat with the second board. It could be a bad board or ports causing a bleed through.
