High pings to router

When i send a ping i from a pc to the router that is in the same room i am getting about 60 to 180ms Please help me i have never seen this before happen on my network. I am running a cisco 3825 router with updated ios. Cpu is not high at all so i don't know what would be making this happen.

Have you verified the interface on the router is negotiating properly. Can you ping
from the router to any other device and check those ping times.
