High Memory Consumption

I am running Oracle Apache server on Sun Fire V240. Suddenly the memory consumption of the server show high by almost 76%, which was seen stable on almost 26% normally. Kindly suggest some advice.

Oracle appears to take a lot of memory, but run a
"vmstat 2" to see what "free memory" is available and if run queues are clear. Sometimes not always as bad as it first appears i.e via "prstat -a
