Hidling distribution recepient names in outlook

Hi,

Would anyone know how to generate an email with a distribution list that when sent out the will have the following information:

From: John Smith
To: *Subscribers*

I know how to hide everyone's name by putting the distribution list in the BCC but how do I put a name in the "To" field? Thanks.
