Is there anyway to hide a mailbox so that only certain users or department can view it? I don't want to check the hide from address book as this will hide from everybody in the advance tab.
mezaim, I have not found a way to do this. You may be able to set up custom contact lists for each department.
BTW: I'm the guy who asked the "I need an Outlook guru" question. Please give me a little more information.
How do I set up these folders you were talking about. I'll look it up on the internet and get the rest, but I just need a little more.
How or where do I tell it to sync, or connect thru the isp?
