When a user opens a form, is there a way to hide or turn off the formatting toolbar?

When I turn a database over to the users, I generally uncheck the "Allow Built-In Toolbars" box on the Tools --> Startup menu. (As well as all those other dangerous options) Maq B-)

Speaking of dangerous options, is there a way to disable the f11 key so users can't get to the database window/code?

yep, same screen. Click the &quot;Advanced&quot; button and 2 more check boxes appear. Uncheck both of those.
