Hello,

I have an access database that is stored in a network drive and used by 10 individuals.

For security purposes, I have "hidden" all the tool bars using the following procedure:

1. From the menu bar, go to Tools --> Customize
2. In the "Customize" window, go to tab "Toolbar".
3. Uncheck all active toolbars.

I have also created a custom toolbar using the above procedure.

Here is the problem - when I open the database from my PC, I only see the custom toolbar that I created. However, when all other users open the database (from their own PC), they see all the toolbars as well as my custom toolbar.

Why is this so and how can I create the proper setting so that the toolbars are hidden for all users?

Thanks, Supportguy21
