Greetings, all...

How can I hide the file name of the page that is being served?

Instead of having

....mysite.com/thisdirectory/aboutus.html

how can I get it to just show

....mysite.com/thisdirectory/

Is that some kind of file permission thing?

Sytem is RedHat 7.3, text only server, Apache 1.3(.26 I think).
Hope I was of some help...

Hi mate,

Setup each of the filenames in the DirectoryIndex directive.

NOTE: This will only work with one single file in each directory, not very practical if you have loads of files.

Hope this helps Wullie
